Like most town centres, there are parking restrictions, and Eastbourne isn’t any different. There are 4 main zones along the 1.5-mile stretch along the seafront and just under a mile inland. But do not fear as they are no 24-hour restrictions, and so there are free parking opportunities.
Zone A, G, M and S
Zone A, G, M, and S are all free from 6 pm to 8 am the following morning, from Monday to Friday, and all day at the weekends.
This does not include the seafront and Wilmington Square, which is treated the same as Zone N

Zone B is free to park from 1 pm to 11 am – Monday to Friday, with free parking all day Sundays.
